CC - My Visitor

Camera Critters


Upon waking up the day after I arrived in La Union, I was greeted by this butterfly - or is moth? Anyway, I am not into superstitious thing, but I consider it as a visit from my dad. I tried touching it and although it would fly, it still would come back to this certain spot, so I could say that my visitor was my dad. Of course, how could I ever forget taking a picture of it?

During my vacation, there was a day that I was left in the house until 10PM, and while I was alone, another butterfly was inside the house. Made me realize that the butterflies were indeed my dad (at least in my opinion) watching over me. Too bad I wasn't able to take a picture of it. I guess this one will do.

    I think it's a moth, but it's very pretty either way.

    Very pretty -- the weirdest thing though... every time i tried to scroll down, it looked like his wings were flapping!!

    It's either a butterfly or one amazing moth :)

    either way it's lovely

    and your post is very touching. I often feel my Grandmother is visiting when I see a butterfly or a bird come and perch close to me.
