Red Gerber Daisies

My Red Tuesday photo for today was taken (again) from the Lung Center of the Philippines' weekend market the very first time we checked out the place January of this year. This flower were the last set of pictures I took before we left the place.

Gerber daisies weren't my favorite flower, but whenever I see one, it always give this great sunshine-y feeling. Too bad a pot of this plant cost as much as 500 pesos. If it was a bit cheaper, I might buy one for myself.

Taken using my Sony Ericsson K800i cell phone -- auto macro, no flash.

Let me take this opportunity to say that I will be gone for a few days. Mom and I will be in Bolinao, Pagasinan until Saturday, so for the mean time this'll be my last post. I will be back to regular blogging on Monday. Thanks for taking the time to check the blog. Take care y'all!

    Have a nice trip. Beautiful photo - and amazing that it was taken with a cell phone. I love gerber daisies. I have a tendency to think every flower is my favorite while I'm looking at it. Back in the days when I sometimes allowed myself flowers, I loved these because they lasted for a long time.
