This was originally a yellow flower I took from the plant kiosk of a mall. Taken by my cell phone, it was the only picture I shot that time because my brother was already entering the mall and I didn't want to be left behind. I just convert it into grayscale for this meme. I still would hope I can do dramatic scenic shots into black and white as well.
Thanks for dropping by. Have a great week ahead!

This is a beautiful shot. There is something about black and white which will always draw me in. A great idea and super positioning.
ReplyDeleteNice shot, Jenn! Come on over to see the one I posted in sepia this week.
ReplyDeleteFantastic shot. It still looks lovely as ever in monochrome.
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting Mumbai Daily
looks beautiful... standing out against the dark background!
ReplyDeleteThat's a goody, Jen.
ReplyDeleteThe flower is so delicate and delightful against the darker textures of the background!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Quite serene.
ReplyDeleteWhat an excellent shot!
ReplyDeleteJen, Your cell takes such clear photos. Just goes to show it isn't about the camera as much as the photographer.
ReplyDeleteSomething I have said forever.
That is a marvellous mono shot. My a little strange this week.
ReplyDeleteI love that shot in black and white. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYou took that on a cell phone?? Amazing!
ReplyDeleteI concur, this would have been pretty in color, but in B&W it's dramatic!
Nice ...
ReplyDeleteThe perfection of this rose is even more obvious in B&W.
ReplyDeleteSo delicate and precious.
Great shot, I like the detail!
ReplyDeleteYou will find some things which will be very dramatic in black adn white.
