K = Kiss



Kiss

I checked out this free art gallery in the Jaime Velasquez Park in Makati City last June, and I was completely blown away by the talent of the Filipinos. Their artworks are truly magnificent and I can't help but take just lots and lots of pictures. One of the artworks that caught my attention was this one. The only regret I had was that I was so drawn into the artworks and taking pictures of them that I forgot to write down the title of the artwork and the artist behind it.

This isn't the whole artwork, when I took this picture, I zoomed in on it. This painting is a couple kissing while on a date -- probably in a restaurant because of the table and chair in the painting. I browsed my album if I can find details about this painting and found that this one was from canvas.ph. I checked the site if I can see the artist behind this, but I wasn't able to see this painting in their gallery. I did see some artworks with people that looks a lot like the couple in this artwork, and if I am right, the artist behind this is Farley del Rosario. If I am wrong, then all credits to the respectful artist. I am so sorry for not being able to get the details.

    That's a really sweet painting! Quite charming, too, the way it's been done.

    I do the same, I get so absorbed in taking pictures that I forget to make notes. I always think I'm going to remember, but hardly ever do!

    Very sweet. I was looking for a kissing picture too because it was the first thing I thought of with K. Unfortunately I had used the one I wanted to use already on my blog.
