Lizard

Lizard

This picture was taken December last year. I just woke up and saw this lizard inside one of our glasses, which I believe mom left at the counter after drinking water. I immediately wanted to let him out of the glass, but since he cannot hop out of the glass, I decided to grab my cell phone (I still don't own a digicam that time) and take a picture of it, because brother said he was able to take a picture of a stray grasshopper days before this one, so I wanted to show him the lizard.

Taken using my Sony Ericsson K800i cell phone set to twilight portrait, macro, no flash. Typically, I do like the quality of the pictures taken by my cell phone, but since it was dark and I didn't use flash, it wasn't really that clear.

Thanks for dropping by!

WOW! That must have been a surprise or a shock to see the lizard there. Wonderful photo of a fascinating creature!

I don't think I've ever seen a lizard in our house. Other critters have come and gone, but no lizards.

Good capture!

Glad you saw it before trying to possibly take a drink, what a real surprise that would have been. Very cool shot even if it isn't exactly what you would have liked to have gotten.

He found his own little bath tub. Glad you rescued him (AFTER the photo session).

Really neat! Not sure I'd be too happy finding him hot tubbing in my kitchen though.

That's so neat! I must admit I'd be rather shocked to find a lizard in my water glass, but, just like you, I'd run for a camera ;-)
