E = Empty Plates

I really had a hard time thinking what to share for E this week. I started with the usual E words - elephant, eyes, eskimo... but I had no pictures of those in my file. I thought of much deeper words - escape, elaborate, elevate... but I cannot think of pictures that would illustrate the descriptive words. I am a definite cram queen -- I actually just think of what to share upon waking up every Wednesday morning, and funny to think I was actually sitting here since 4AM (it's 6:39AM already), and I still cannot think of what to share. I also got a little angry at myself for posting a picture of the euphorbia plant yesterday not realizing that it's "E" for this week! But it's okay, I am not regretting anything.

I started checking all my files, and came across this picture. It's not a pleasant picture to share, My mind is debating as I write this if I would continue or think of another photo to share, but okay, I will go with this. My "E" word? Empty.

Italianni's Gateway

This plate represents my head for this week actually. Harharhar! Seriously now... this photo was shot when the family went to Italianni's (Gateway Mall) to eat lunch last July. About a month before this, sister and I were given 1000 pesos worth of gift certificates each for attending the Italianni's bloggers' event, and we decided to use it on this day, because brother just got home from La Union, where he is based.

The food in this establishment was so expensive, we actually got to order just three dishes and a big glass of drinks for each, and come billing, I still added 500 pesos cash to the 2000 gift certificates we used! Food was really expensive, but all that we ordered were certainly delicious! I guess the empty plate testifies to that. =) If only we had more money in our bag, we would've ordered more!

For sure, as I hop on the blogs for this week, I would realize I had lots of "E" pictures. I guess I better start planning my alphabet list, so when I encounter a hurdle on words and letters, I would go out and find a suitable picture.

Mid week now... great!
