Market Night

Market Night

My sister and I went to the market place near our house one time to buy foods for dinner, and since both of us just loves walking back and forth around the market, it was already dark when we finished buying the things we need to cook. Well, it's not really late yet, during this time of the year, night time seems to be longer. Meaning, sunrise is early, and sunset is early, too.

The market place is just next to the national road, so at this time, the place is usually crowded. This picture was captured using my cell phone as we head back home. I was so amazed with the sky so I took a snapshot. It wasn't a great capture, though... my cell phone seems to be having a hard time capturing images in low light.

It is a great capture. It looks like it's about to rain at any minute.

It's such a busy place. That sky does look very ominous.

I like to walk around like that, too. Never know what you'll find to photograph.

The market looks like so much fun. Our markets close in the winter months, but in the summer I love going when they are open. I invite you to come see the skies over Powell Lake in British Columbia. -- Margy

I miss going to the wet market and get the fresh food everyday.

May be not a great shot, but a nice evocative photo just the same.
