Z = Zoomed In

Sunset Posing

Because none of my family members aren't really into taking pictures of people (I ask them to take a picture of me at times), I always end up taking self portraits. When mom and I went to her hometown in Bolinao (Pangasinan), I the only way I could have pictures of myself is to extend my arm and point the camera in my face.

I woke up early on that day, hoping to get a glimpse of the sun rising, and although I wasn't really able to see the sun rising, I was able to shoot pictures of the sky changing colors. Of course, I also wanted to have pictures of my own and when I checked the images I was so surprised to see my face on the screen. I forgot that I zoomed the camera when I took an image of the sky.

Not a good image, but a funny one if you ask me. My sister said I looked like a kid who wasn't given a candy on Halloween. =)

I like to be behind the camera not in front. Great zoom in.

I think your sister's right! It's a very atmospheric photo and the sea looks fabulous.

I'd be very happy with that as a self-portrait! I like the way you are over to one side of the frame, too!
