This is the Eagle of the North, located along Jose D. Aspiras Highway in Agoo, La Union. Brother and I went to Agoo last May as part of my church hopping, but sadly, the place was a bit of a disaster because a strong typhoon just passed. Actually, it's much better to take a picture of this huge bird on the other side, but there was a dead branch by its head.
