Wildflowers

Today's Flowers

Flower

These flowers were shot when my brother and I went to visit our father's grave. We were on our way out of the cemetery when I noticed these very little flowers and tried to do a macro shot. I don't know if this is a plant or a grass, but I think they really look beautiful. It was just a bit hard to take a shot on them because they're so small and that I had to kneel and get my body down to get a good shot of it. But it was okay... I was able to get the shot I wanted, and I was happy about it.

I use my ever dependable point and shoot camera (Canon Powershot A580) set to macro in foliage, no flash. Thanks for taking the time to stop by here. May we all have a great week ahead.

It's a lovely looking flower. I have had to get down on knees a couple of times to try and get shots like that. Well taken.

I have looked up the flowers meme too and entered - BUT - it is on a new site I have started up so please come over if you have time and check it out! Thanks.

Did you eradicate some of the petals to create this pattern or is it natural? Lovely flowers!

What a sweet shot. I just found Today's Flowers. I am looking forward to seeing all pictures of flowers. On my part of the blogosphere I felt kinda lost sharing my flower pictures. I am happy to have found people with the same passion.
