This is one of my favorite dishes in Italianni's. I love the mix of the salty chicken salad and the sweetness of the mangoes and grapes to the less tasty lettuce. Every bite of this salad tickles my palate in a very pleasurable way! It cost a little expensive for a salad, so I am planning to re-create this one pretty soon. I just don't know how will I do the dressing, my sister said a salad's success lies to the dressing used. I hope I could figure out what kind of dressing would suit this salad because it was just really tasty and great!
Taken last 17 June 2008 at Italianni's Bonifacio High Street branch in Taguig during their "Something Extra" bloggers' event. I am so thankful that I was lucky to be part of that selected bloggers who were able to take part of the event. If not for that, I wouldn't know how posh foods taste like. =)

Wow that looks really delicious...and healthy, too! Although I confess that I haven't tasted an Italian salad before...
Here's my entry: Food Friday: Ice Cream Cake
Yummy and healthy! this reminds me of a similar salad being offered at Pancake House, sis... tastes good, too! :)

That sounds SO good! I hope you can figure out the dressing, and that you will let us all know when you have the recipe!

fave ko rin yan! hay, ginugutom na naman ako hehe.
Yum!!! That looks so good! You photographed it very well. It's interesting that you say in your bio that you don't have an expensive camera. Everyone always wants to know what my camera is because they say my photos are so clear... it's a cheap Kodak! I've come to the conclusion that a large part (not all) of it is knowing how to use what you've got! :-)
