From Aunt Jo's Garden

Today's Flowers

Aunt Jo's House

My mom and I visited Aunt Jo (her older sister), and while waiting for Aunt Mely and her kids (they were visiting, too), I went to their garden and took pictures of their plants. Their garden is really colorful with the mix of white, pink, and yellow flowers, and this one really interested me because we don't have this plant in our house.

I don't know what's this plant / flower called; but Aunt Jo said that this one's very easy to grow, and they multiply quite fast as well. Needless to say, my mom and I pulled out a baby plant and took it home. We still haven't planted it in soil, but it's still alive in the vase. No flowers yet, but maybe after the rainy season, we will put it in our own garden.

Can anyone tell what kind of flower this is? Thanks!

She must have a lovely garden. A lovely shot of these flowers. I'm bad with the names of flowers, so unfortunately, I can't help you. I just now that they're very nice-looking flowers. ;-)

Looks like a pansy, which are my favourite, but I don't think that's what it is. Beautiful photo.

The petals look like velvet and the colour as though it has been painted on. What a beauty!

Pansies! A fairly common flower here in the nurseries for the garden. I think they're great and your photo is too. :-)
